Email Consultation Package

1. Assessment

An email assessment involves sending you a questionnaire that includes between 30-50 different questions* about your baby or toddler. These questions have specially developed to assist us to pinpoint the reason (or reasons) for your baby/toddler care troubles.

* No-one else has taken the time to ask you these questions and that is why they have not been able to provide you with a solution. (Often the source of a problem is quite different to what parents suspect.)

2. 'Plan of Action'

At the same time that we email the results of our assessment, we also send you a ?Plan of Action?. This email includes individualized information and advice tailored to suit your baby and your family situation. This email will include...

• Our assessment, detailing of what we feel is the reason or reasons for your baby or toddler care troubles.
• Details of our recommendations, relating to how, where and what changes you can make to improve the problem.
• Links to relevant web based reading material.
• Any additional information your consultant may feel is relevant to the problem at hand.

3. Follow-up Support

We make sure our advice is working! At BabycareAdvice.com we are committed to helping you solve your baby or toddler care problem, that's why we provide follow-up support - at NO additional charge for 1 week from the time you receive our recommendations. This continued contact provides opportunities for you to ask any additional questions that may pop up as you follow our recommendations. (Most problems are either resolved or well on the way to being resolved in this time.)
