Play dough recipe

                   4 cups flour
                   1 cup salt
                   4 cups water
                   4 tablespoons oil
                   1/2 cup cream of tartar

Mix all the ingredients. Stir over a medium heat until smooth. Remove from the pan. Separate into portions and add a different food coloring to each. Knead until smooth. Place in an airtight container or plastic bag when cooled. (This is non-edible play dough.)

Provide rolling pin (can use a plastic bottle), cookie cutter and plastic utensils.
