BabycareAdvice.com consultation service provides our clients with a quality and depth of individually tailored parenting information, advice and support NOT found elsewhere.

To ensure our clients success we provide our service in THREE PARTS:

1. Consultation
2. An individualized plan of care
3. Follow-up support

1. Consultation

A consultation (either by telephone or online in a private chat room at BabycareAdvice.com) is where your baby or child care concerns are discussed in DETAIL, with one of qualified and experienced Consultants.

This provides us with an opportunity to BOTH listen and ask questions necessary to accurately identify the reason (or reasons) for your baby/child's difficulties. After making an assessment we then explain HOW you can correct the problem.

2. Individualized Plan of Care

We appreciate that and it may be difficult to remember every detail of the extensive child health and parenting information your consultant will provide during a 25, 40 or 55 minute consultation. As soon as possible following your consultation, we email you individualized information. This email will include...

• The key points discussed during your consultation;
• Details of our recommendations;
• Any step by step instructions; and
• Any additional information your consultant may feel is relevant to the problem at hand.

PLEASE NOTE: 10 minute consultations do NOT include a written plan OR follow-up support.

3. Follow-up Support

We make sure our advice is working! At BabycareAdvice.com we are committed to helping you solve your baby/child care problem, that's why we provide follow-up support - at NO additional cost for 1 week following your consultation. (Most problems are either resolved or well on the way to being resolved in this time.)

This contact also allows you to ask any additional questions that may arise relating to the problem, that you had not thought of or discussed in your initial consultation.
