Hello! My name is Rowena Bennett. I am the mother of three children and a child health nurse. I am also the creator and owner of this service - BabycareAdvice.com. We are an Australian based parenting advisory service offering help through telephone and/or internet chat consultations. All of our consultants are qualified and experienced child health nurses, hand picked for their dedication and passion in helping parents solve baby or child care problems. Most importantly, our consultants are all mothers who have experienced first hand many of the trials, tribulations and triumphs of raising children and understand just how challenging it can be at times. We now live in a time where there seems to be information overload regarding advice on child rearing. It can be very confusing with so much conflicting advice out there. It can also be extremely frustrating and demoralizing if you cannot find correct and caring parenting advice when you need it most. That's where we come into the picture. As child health nurses, we have undergone many years of specialized education and training that enables us to provide professional parenting advice that not only makes good sense but works. We understand that just as every child is different every baby/child care problem is also different, therefore we assess every problem individually, with great care. We can provide the necessary time and support to assist you to resolve complex problems such as feeding difficulties and unsettled behaviour like inconsolable crying or sleep problems. The information and advice you will receive regarding these problems is likely to be more individually specific and detailed than you have ever received before. We also appreciate that babies don't just operate between Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our consultants are available 7 days a week at times that are suitable to you. Action can be taken quickly with our consultation service to set you on the path to understanding and managing the problem. We are confident we can help you and so provide FREE follow-up support via e-mail/telephone to ensure that your well baby or child care problem has been resolved. Parenting can be very rewarding.
